Premelec was appointed to carry out work on a new tenant refurbishment.

The warehouse underwent a refurbishment to prepare it for new tenants, which included a full Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and testing of emergency lighting and fire alarms. New LED, high bay lighting, was installed in the warehouse, and lighting in the office areas was replaced. A kitchenette was added and equipped with necessary supplies, the restroom's layout was replaced and reconfigured, and all fixtures were replaced. The warehouse's gas-fired heater and the office's air conditioning system were also serviced.
